NEW INFORMATION ON THIS FANTASTIC ESTATE:
We apologize for the lack of information this week concerning this sale. We experienced a system crash and while we were working to rebuild the auction, the owner of the estate, who is originally from Georgetown, KY near Lexington, expressed an interest in having the sale onsite in Georgetown where his family is widely known and respected.
To respect the wishes of the family, this sale has been moved to Georgetown and will be held on Sunday, August 2nd. Full details will be posted here including directions, and more photos.
Some items will be sold on our eBay only auctions, but all items sold through WaverlyHouseAuctions eBay are available for local pick up and delivery charges will not apply.
